I'm betting you thought I'd forgotten about this feature today, what with MSH@30 and all, didn't you? No way! I think about tits all the time. But what I'm really excited about is that I had been under the impression they were only European birds. I was so wrong. The lovely example above, from here, is called a New Zealand tomtit. And the authoritative source of all knowledge (not) confirms the existence of tits down under.
